ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

The Quebec Art Therapy Association (AATQ) seeks an administrative officer 7 hours a week. Remote work is possible, except for mail collection, which must be done at the Montreal office. The work schedule is flexible, and the hourly rate is 22$.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries from the public and members by email, telephone, and mail;
  • Ensure communications are forwarded to members of the board of directors;
  • Assist the Membership Committee with renewals and new membership requests;
  • Ensure the updating of the website and the intranet for our members;
  • Coordinate mailings and emails to our members;
  • Assist the board of directors’ monthly meetings online;
  • Assist the board of directors in planning and organizing events;
  • Provide administrative support to the board of directors;
  • Other related tasks.

Required profile:

  • Knowledge of the art therapy field in Quebec;
  • Good communication and organizational skills;
  • Excellent customer service;
  • Autonomous, resourceful and in solution mode;
  • Computer skills and fluency with Word, Excel, Gmail, Zoom, Mailchimp, WordPress, etc.;
  • Bilingual (French and English) both orally and in writing.
