Taking a trauma-informed, humanistic and studio art therapy approach, my practice aims to increase resiliency, identity development and secure attachment and emotional regulation for First Nations clients. This takes into account the impacts of multigenerational trauma and residential schools on attachment, identity and overall wellness. I provide art therapy services for Indigenous children, youth and families in the Montérégie (South Shore) area in Quebec through onsite services for schools and private practice.
