Working as an art therapist for over 12 years has been incredibly enriching. I’ve helped people from all backgrounds and walks of life to address challenges like depression, anxiety, dysfunctional patterns, life transitions, work-related stress, and relationship difficulties. I favor a person-centered, strengths-based approach, acknowledging that each individual possesses the skills and knowledge they need to navigate their our own, unique journey toward self-discovery, acceptance, and empowerment.
