Working as an art therapist, counsellor, and mental health consultant for over 12 years has been incredibly enriching. I’ve helped people from all backgrounds and walks of life to address challenges around depression, anxiety, dysfunctional patterns, life transitions, work-related stress, and relationship difficulties. I also offer support to children and parents to address emotional, social, and behavioural issues. I favor a person-centered, strengths-based approach, acknowledging that each individual possesses the skills and knowledge they need to navigate their our own, unique journey toward self-discovery and self-acceptance.
